Welcome!

2008 Hi, my name is Julianna and I'm 11 years old. I was very young when my mom and dad got divorced. I live with my mom and step dad, but I do see my father and step mom every other weekend. I always look forward to seeing both families and relatives that love me very much, I'm very lucky! I often thought it would be difficult to have two families, but overtime I got used to the idea of two homes. I now have the opportunity of having two sisters. Their names are Sophia who is 2 years old and Isabella who is 7 months.

Some of the fun things I look forward to are; shopping, holidays, movies, two birthday parties yippee! Maybe you will to! I also enjoy spending time with my sisters, and helping around the house. Even having two sets of friends can be really neat! I do try to keep an open mind and look at the positive side of every situation, even though it may not always be easy!

When I grow up I would love to be a service dog trainer with my friend. I would like to help people who are blind or have disabilities.

Dreams are possible when you believe in yourself!

2011 Hi, It's Julianna again. I have entered a new time period in my life. The little girl who was 11 years when my mom's website was established is now 14 years old. I'm now a Freshman at Central High School. At first it was a big move, but it became really easy as the days past. There are alot af amazing things about my school. Central Pride has so many clubs, sports, and activities. I am involved in a club called Key Club. This club is amazing! It is all about giving back to the community. Recently, I painted the Kid's Kloset (see below photo), in Hooksett, NH. This is a place for underpriveleged children to go to get clothes.I painted for 7 hours that day!! There is a little more behind this story, so please continue reading... It all started the day I went to help out at Hooksett Old Home Day, where I was going to paint kids faces. The tent next to us was for The Kid's Kloset. As I was painting a woman came over and wanted me to paint her face. We started to talk and she gave me her information about an interest in helping paint for the Kid's Kloset. The next day I spoke to our head advisor through Key Club and we decided as a group to make it a project for Key Club, as I was very excited to be a part of this! I was in charge of running the project, from gathering the people to seeing it come to reality! The Kid's Kloset came out amazing, with its bright beautiful colors. Shortly, after this project, I was presented the Key Club of the month for December 2010!(See below) I attended a special dinner at Southern New Hamphire University, I had no idea that I was recieving this award, and boy was I shocked! I'm very proud of what I have accomplished, however it's not about the recognition and awards, but about making others and myself happy. For more information about the Kid's Kloset,

Julianna's Award This was so much fun!
Hooksett Kiwanis
Kiwanis Kid’s Kloset by Joan McDonald
The monthly open house was December 6. There were 29 families serving over 50 children and nearly 500 pieces were taken. About 75 pieces were new hats, mittens, and sweatshirts that were brought in that morning as a donation. The Kids Kloset was recommended to be the recipient of a clothes drive by the NH Department of Transportation, Hooksett. The weekly sort dates are going well. We have been coming Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. This has allowed the Kids Kloset to be open on Wednesday mornings when the Food Pantry is also open. The display room painting project organized by Patty and Sheila was done on December 4th as planned. There were 11 Key Club members and a few Kiwanis members and outside volunteers. There was plenty of donated food and refreshments for the group. The size separators and tagging gun have been a big help for organizing the clothing racks and Patricia Pike ordered a second tagging gun and the additional size separators that were needed, and the expense is listed below. Patricia has been working with Heather Rainier to speak at the Library to parents bringing children to the Children’s Reading Hour, to explain the program. The next open house is Monday, January 3, and the mail cards will go out early the week of the 29th.
